  • £300 per placement set up costs for intermediary – paid by the government
  • £1,500 wraparound support to intermediary or employer depending on who is providing
  • Wages at the National Minimum Wage plus contributions – made every 2,4 and 6 months to the intermediary to pass to the employer, or direct to the employer if no intermediary is present
  • Young person should be paid in accordance with employer payroll, i.e every week/month
