Is there a template job description available and what proof is required for the Kickstart Scheme role?

There is no standard job description as roles required by employers will be varied, however, the aim of the Kickstart Scheme is to provide the young person with work experience, training and skills to give them a better chance of remaining in paid employment.

This might be getting a job offer as a result of the Kickstart Scheme placement, or a new employer.
